Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work culture, work motivation and work load on employee work productivity at the Regional Civil Service Agency of Serdang Bedagai Regency. This research is a correlational statistical study, where the data obtained is disclosed based on data in the field. The data is then analyzed by statistical methods. The data collected includes three independent variables, namely work culture (X1), work motivation (X2), and workload (X3) as well as one dependent variable, namely work productivity (Y). This research was conducted at the Regional Civil Service Agency (BKD) Serdang Bedagai Regency office. The research began to be carried out on December 2019 to March 2020. Sampling technique is used to determine the sample to be used in the research, so that an estimated value can be obtained. The sampling technique in this study is the saturated sampling method so that the number of samples in this study is 40 respondents. Data analysis was done by using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that work culture partially has a significant effect on employee work productivity at the Regional Civil Service Agency of Serdang Bedagai Regency with a t-count value of 5.069> from t-table 1.685 or with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Work motivation partially has a significant effect on work productivity at the Regional Civil Service Agency of Serdang Bedagai Regency with a t-count value of 2.248> from the t-table 1.685 or with a significance value of 0.031 < 0.05. Work load partially has a significant effect on work productivity at the Regional Civil Service Agency of Serdang Bedagai Regency with a t-count value of 2.643 > from the t-table 1.685 or with a significance value of 0.012 < 0.05. Work culture, work motivation and workload simultaneously have a significant effect on the workload of the Serdang Bedagai District Civil Service Agency with an F-count value of 36.934 > F-table 2.87 or with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims at determining the effect of discipline, motivation and organizational commitment on employee performance at the Medan High Court. This research is a correlational statistical study, in which the data obtained is disclosed based on data in the field. The time used in research is scheduled in January 2020 - June 2020. The independent variables in this study consist of: discipline (X1), motivation (X2), and organizational commitment (X3), while the dependent variable is performance (Y). The sampling technique in this study uses the saturated sample method. So that the number of samples in this study were 40 respondents. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that discipline partially had a significant effect on employee performance at the Medan High Court Office with a t-test value of 2.735 > from a t-table of 1.685 or with a significance value of 0.010 < 0.05. Motivation partially has a significant effect on performance at the Medan High Court Office with a t-count value of 3.709> from t-table 1.685 or with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. Organizational commitment partially has a significant effect on performance at the Medan High Court Office with a t-value of 2.643 > from t-table 1.685 or with a significance value of 0.025 < 0.05. Discipline, motivation and organizational commitment simultaneously have a significant effect on organizational commitment at the Medan High Court Office with an F-count value of 34,967 > F-table 2.87 or with a significance value of 0,000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims at determining the effect of partially and simultaneously motivation and work climate on the performance of employees in the Free Trade Zone and Sabang Free Ports. This research was conducted at the Free Trade Zone and Port of Sabang Free Trade Agencies (BPKS) in August - September 2018. Based on the Slovin formula the number of samples in this study is 57 people. The independent variable consists of work motivation (X1) and work climate (X2), while the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that motivation partially had a significant effect on the performance of employees at the Free Trade Zone and Sabang Free Port Management Agency with a tvalue of 6.634> ttable 1.670. The work climate partially has a significant effect on the performance of employees at the Free Trade Zone and Sabang Free Port Concession Agency with a tvalue of 2.573> ttable 1.670. Work motivation and work climate simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employees at the Free Trade Zone and Sabang Free Port Management Agency with an Fcount of 26.375> Ftable 3.17.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between: (1) the role of the teacher with the learning achievement of the implementation of electronic circuits, (2) the motivation to learn with the achievement of learning the application of electronic circuits (3) the role of the teacher and learning motivation towards the learning achievement of the implementation of electronic circuits from class XI students of SMK Negeri 4 Medan 2017/2018 Academic Year. The population used in this study were students of class XI Audio Video Engineering Program 2017/2018 Academic Year which amounted to 76 respondents and all of them were used as research samples.Data was collected by questionnaire techniques for teacher role variables and student learning motivation variables and value documents for the subjects of the application of electronic circuits. Data were analyzed using product moment correlation and multiple correlation analysis.From the results of the analysis it can be concluded: (1) there is a significant and positive relationship between the role of the teacher and student achievement in the subject of the application of electronic circuits (r 0.465 = medium), (2) there is a significant and positive relationship between student motivation and achievement learning on the subject of the application of electronic circuits (r 0.337 = low), (3) there is a significant and positive relationship between the role of the teacher and the learning motivation of students with learning achievement in the subject of the application of electronic circuits (r 0.515 = medium).

Abstract

This study aims at finding the effect of job leadership, motivation and incentives on job satisfaction of BPKPAD employees in Binjai City. This research design uses quantitative descriptive. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling method so that the sample is as many as 40 respondents. The independent variables in this study consist of job leadership (X1), motivation (X2), and incentives (X3), while the dependent variable is job satisfaction (Y). Data analysis was done by using multiple regression analysis. The results show that job leadership partially has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Binjai Regional Financial, Revenue and Asset Management Agency with a t-count value of 2.894 > from t-table 1.685 or with a significance value of 0.006 < 0.05. Motivation partially has a significant effect on job satisfaction at BPKPAD Binjai City with a t-count value of 4.660 > from the t-table 1.685 or with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Incentives partially have a significant effect on job satisfaction at BPKPAD Binjai City with a t-count value of 2.678 > from t-table 1.685 or with a significance value of 0.011 < 0.05. Work leadership, motivation and incentives simultaneously have a significant effect on incentives at the Binjai BPKPAD with an F-count value of 25.458 > F-table 2.87 or with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Adapun penelitian ini bermaksud dengan mengetahui Analisis Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Kesehatan Kota Binjai. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Populasi merupakan penelitian ini sebanyak 65 orang pegawai. Adapun Metode pengumpulan data ini dilakukan dengan uji asumsi klasik, regresi berganda, uji t, uji f dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel budaya organisasi, disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dengan signifikan secara parsial dan secara bersama – sama terhadap kinerja pegawai Pada dinas Kesehatan Kota Binjai. Hasil pengujian koefisien determinasi (R2) diperoleh nilai Adjusted R Square 0,754 berarti variabel budaya organisasi, disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja menjelaskan Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Kesehatan Kota Binjai sebesar 75,4%. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 24,6% variabel kerja pegawai dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel – variabel gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja kepuasan kerja dan kemampuan personal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui, menguji dan menganalisis faktor-faktor mempengaruhi struktur modal dengan resiko bisnis sebagai variabel moderating. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar pada BEI periode 2014-2016 sejumlah 42 perusahaan, dan sekaligus digunakan sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji heteroskedatisitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji autokorelasi), uji hipotesis (uji t parsial, uji F simultan dan koefisien determinasi R2) dan pengujian variabel moderasi menggunakan Moderated, Regresion Analisys (MRA) dengan menggunakan software SPSS Versi 22 (statistical produt and service solution). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial profitabilitas dan pertumbuhan perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal. Sementara pertumbuhan.penjualan dan ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh.terhadap struktur modal. Secara simultan pertumbuhan penjualan, profitabilitas, pertumbuhan perusahaan dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel struktur modal. Dari hasil pengujian Moderated Regresion Analysis (MRA), resiko bisnis mampu memperkuat pengaruh Profitabilitas dan Pertumbuhan. perusahaan secara signifikan terhadap struktur modal. Resiko bisnis tidak mampu memperkuat atau memoderasi pengaruh .pertumbuhan penjualan dan ukuran.perusahaan terhadap struktur modal.
